Do You Accept Yourself? Cynthia McKenna Interviewed on "You! Unplugged"
Last week, I had a the opportunity to talk with Lana Walker-Helmuth. Lana is the host of You! Unplugged - a show devoted to helping her listeners clear the way to the life of their dreams.
Lana is bright and fun to talk with. Her guests represent an eclectic group of people - each one devoted to personal growth and wellness.
I loved talking with Lana, and it felt as if we could talk for hours, but luckily, the interview is only about 16 minutes long.

Hey there! I haven't gotten a chance to listen to this in its entirety but I did like what I heard! You definitely have a natural public speaking talent. I love that you put audio on your homepage - now THAT's cool!

Hi Dina,
thank you for your feedback. I enjoyed doing this and I am pleased with the results.
I used a subscription service to do the audio on the website. I believe that when I get my iPod (maybe next week) I can record on that and load that onto the website w/o having to pay someone $20 per month.
I know you used that free program, Audacity, which sounded great but I couldn't figure out how to download it :) so much for my techno-geek crown.

This is nice blog you run here. Just thought I'd let you know that there is a brand new website dedicated to baby boomers called BOOMj.com. You can meet other boomers or just keep up to date on all the latest in music, movies, books etc. You should check it out.
