texting has certainly become a major force in my own life. It's tempting to rely on it as a major form of communication. I think as professionals we need to emphasized that text never conveys the emotion that we may want to express so we need to tell our clients not to rely on it.

That was brilliant!!! I gave someone recently advice on reacting while simmering in an argument. This is one method most people resort to other than leaving voice mail!!
